SCROOL is for adults seeking respectful, consensual connections.

Adults only

You must be 18 or older to use SCROOL. Accounts reasonably believed to belong to minors may be removed.

Prohibited conduct

• harassment, stalking, threats, bullying or hate-based abuse;
• impersonation, fraud, scams, financial solicitation or deceptive behaviour;
• non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content;
• prostitution, human trafficking or facilitation of sexual exploitation;
• doxxing or sharing another person's private information without permission;
• spam, automated scraping, malicious links or attempts to compromise accounts;
• content that infringes another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Child sexual abuse and exploitation

SCROOL has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming, sexualisation of minors, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sextortion involving minors, or trafficking and exploitation of children. Such content and conduct are prohibited even if shared as a joke, fantasy, role-play or in coded language. We may remove content and accounts and, where required, preserve and report information to competent authorities or designated reporting organisations.

Report and block

Use the in-app reporting and blocking controls whenever another user makes you feel unsafe or violates these standards. Reports should be reviewed and appropriate enforcement action taken. For urgent safety concerns, contact contact@scrool.ie.

Meeting safely

• Meet in a public place and tell someone you trust where you are going.
• Arrange your own transportation and keep control of your phone.
• Do not send money, passwords, verification codes or banking details.
• Leave if you feel uncomfortable. You do not owe anyone continued contact.
