Delete your SCROOL account
You can request deletion of your SCROOL account and associated personal data.
Delete from the app
If account deletion is available in your current app version, use the in-app Delete Account control. Before store submission, make sure this control is easy to locate and can start deletion without requiring the user to contact support unless a legally justified exception applies.
Request deletion on the web
Send a message from the email address or phone number associated with your SCROOL account to contact@scrool.ie.
Include only the information needed for us to locate and verify your account.
We may ask for reasonable verification to prevent unauthorised deletion. We will then delete or anonymise account data subject to limited lawful retention.
What is deleted
Deletion is intended to remove the account and personal data associated with it, including profile information and user-generated content, except information that must or may lawfully be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, regulatory duties or another lawful purpose. Retained information is limited and protected.
Subscriptions
Deleting your SCROOL account may not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. If subscriptions are enabled, cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google account settings as well.
